Rule 13
Repeal and Save -
1) The Nepal Engineering Service (Formation) Rules, 2016 and the Nepal Engineering Service (Group and Grade Division, Appointment and Promotion) Rules, 2033 are repealed.
(2) Actions performed in accordance with the rules mentioned in sub-rule (1) shall be deemed to have been performed in accordance with these rules.
